Investigating - On another note, various bugs in Profit 2 have been resolved today:

When selecting Seattle timezone, the today view defaulted to show data in a wrong timezone
FBA Shipping Fees were off / inflated for many users
Profit sum was not taking CoGS of refunds into account


We are still working on a few other issues in Profit 02 though as things should get fully ready over the next 1-2 weeks!

Investigating - There were some issues transfering the Profit 01 COGS to Profit 02 for some accounts. We are again attempting another migration, for which we temporarily have to stop pulling in new sales.

The process should be over in a couple of hours and the new sales data will be retrieved again soon!

Resolved - Amazon seems to have resolved the issue and everything is stable again!

Investigating - Amazon's Advertising API is currently having technical issues, preventing us from updating new data and slowing down changes made within Sellics significantly.

We have therefore turned off the automation and ad scheduling for the time being.

Our developers have reached out to Amazon's API team and hope for a speedy solution. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

Resolved - The automation feature will resume normaly again for bid rules this night, as well as get started for keyword rules!

Identified - As you might have already seen, we are in the process of launching a huge update to our Automate feature:

Keyword Harvesting & Movement: http://help.sellics.com/en/articles/3215848-how-do-automated-keyword-rules-work

In order to sustain tool stability during the implementation of these additional rules, automation is currently on hold and will not trigger any actions for both bid and keyword rules.

We hope to finalize this implementation as quickly as possible over the next few hours/days. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience - it will be worth while!
