Monitoring - Der Chrome Store hat einige Editionen des XRAY Browser Plugins (SA, PLJ, VIP) vorübergehend deaktiviert.

Wir sind in Kontakt mit Google und versuchen alle Forderungen ausfindig zu machen und bald möglichst umzusetzen, sodass diese Editionen hoffentlich bald wieder aktiviert werden.

In der Zwischenzeit könnten Sie auch unsere "Nischenanalyse" innerhalb der Sellics Seller Edition nutzen, welches man ohne Risiko 2 Wochen lang kostenlos testen kann und quasi die gleiche Funktion wie XRAY darstellt.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - There are currently a few issues in the PPC Manager's Optimize feature such as not being able to add (negative) keywords to adgroups. We are looking into this and will resolve them as quickly as possible.

As ever, we are sorry for any inconvenience. On the bright side, we have finished everything on our side with regards to automating Amazon's new targeting campaigns, and are now just waiting for Amazon to resolve certain issues with their new API.

Monitoring - Amazon's API should be ready now and we will resume automation this night (5-6. Feb), while still closely monitoring everything!

Investigating - Data from new campaigns containing the new targeting options (Keyword & ASIN Targets) can currently only be optimized in Sellics - and not yet automated.

This affects all campaigns that were created after mid November - irrespective of whether they are (currently) using the new targeting features or not.

On our side we prepared everything to enable automating these new campaigns, but are just waiting for Amazon's API team to resolve some final issues with their new API.

The API team have not given us a specific ETA, but we are told it is a prriority of theirs.

Daten von neu erstellten Kampagnen, welche Amazons neue Targeting Möglichkeiten beinhalten (Keywords & ASINs), können derzeit in Sellics nur optimiert, nicht aber automatisiert werden.

Dies betrifft alle Kampagnen, die nach Mitte November erstellt wurden - unabhängig davon, ob sie (derzeit) die neuen Targeting Funktionen verwenden.

Auf unserer Seite ist die Automatisierung bereits startklar - wir warten nur noch darauf, dass Amazons API Team gewisse Fehler behebt, die eine Automatisierung derzeit verhindern.

Monitoring - Latest response from Amazon's API team:

"The main issues should be fixed by now but you might experience some performance issues while requesting reports. We are currently scaling up the fleet to support the current load.

I will sent out a notification once the reporting service is working as expected. I will keep this ticket open for now."

Indeed the reports seem to be fixed, but we will continue to monitor this closely for now before turning on the automation again.

Identified - Amazon's PPC API team has notified us of the following situation for European Seller Centrals (including India):

"Advertising API – Reporting Service Impacted in EU
Dear Customer, This is a notification to alert you to the service-impacting situation currently affecting the availability of reports for Sponsored Products in the EU region (UK, FR, DE, IT, & ES). The cause of the problem has been identified and we are currently working toward a resolution. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for a full return of reporting service availability. We will continue to send regular updates by email to keep you informed of the status and to let you know when service has been fully restored. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this situation, and apologize for the inconvenience of this temporary service interruption."

As long as the API's data reporting service is experiencing these issues, Sellics is keeping the automation turned off and recommends making any changes in your EU Seller Central.
